Many countries do not issue visas to citizens of Belarus. How will the issue of visas for mobility be resolved?
MOST+ employs its best efforts to inform the diplomatic representations of the EU Member States in Belarus of the necessity to facilitate the issuance of visas to grant beneficiaries, and to support the issuance of visas necessary to undertake MOST+ mobilities. The consular sections of the diplomatic missions of certain EU countries are habilitated to deliver visas to EU countries not having a consular section in Belarus. Certain EU Member States request that Belarusian citizens request a visa at the visa section of their Embassy in Moscow. The cost for traveling from Belarus to Moscow to receive a visa can be considered as a special expense covered by MOST+ under certain conditions.
Is a grant beneficiary expected to report or participate in other activities upon completion of her/his mobility?
All grant beneficiaries having completed their mobility to the EU will be required to report on their mobility: a financial a first narrative report should be submitted immediately upon completion of the mobility. A second narrative report should also be submitted within four months following completion of the mobility to assess the sustainability and the long-term results of the mobility. Program participants are also invited to join the MOST+ alumni community, where information, experience and ideas will be shared under various formats and activities, albeit confidentially.
I would like to change the direction of my career and become a baker. It order to gain the required baker’s skills, I would like to receive practical training for a, EU-based baker? Can MOST+ finance such mobility?

The program provides for the dissemination of the mobility results. How could these results be disseminated?
Dissemination means that the participant will share the benefits of and the experience gained through the mobility, with members of her/his professional entourage, his company or organization, etc. Dissemination can also take the form of publication in the social media or offline presentations, master classes, etc.
Can a mobility grant be considered as income and therefore be subject to taxation?
Taxation of mobility grant is the responsibility of grant beneficiaries. Applicants are invited to research whether a MOST+ mobility grant will be considered subject to taxation in their country of residence, and to take any step to comply with their tax obligations. MOST+ is not habilitated to provide any tax advice.
I have my residence in Poland. May I go on a professional mobility to another Polish city?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. One of the objectives of MOST+ is to offer Belarusian professionals opportunities to become familiar with the cultures and best professional practices of new countries, that is in a country other than your country of residence. A professionally-related exchange of experience at least one (and preferably more) EU professional located in a country other than the country where you reside, is necessary to acquire this knowledge and expand your European professional network.
