WHO MAY APPLY

You must be a citizen of Belarus and be at least 18 years old.

You can apply as an individual or as a group of up to five applicants.

You must be a professional working in one of this sectors: society, culture, business, education, health and care, sustainability. Applicants practicing an activity as a hobby are not eligible.

You can be a resident of Belarus or of any other country. The country of residence is the country the applicant considers as his/her permanent place of living.

Students who have not yet graduated and obtained a profession are not eligible.

Individuals and employees of institutions falling under EU Foreign Affairs Council Conclusions on Belarus and consecutive sanctions on individuals and entities are not eligible.
