CULTURE
This sector includes care professions and medicine, but also health management and improvement of primary health care.
Apply to Mobility SchemeCultural sectors are several professional areas and activities, based on work with cultural values, identity, artistic individual or collective creative expressions. Culture provides societies the forms and spaces for public reflection, value-based thinking and development. Traditionally includes such artistic fields as music, visual and performing arts, literature, film production, architecture, crafts and heritage, etc. Relying on added value as the basis of cultural products, this sector is tightly interconnected with creative industries: audio-visual production, design in its diversity, media and communications, IT and others.
MOST+ CULTURE
The MOST+ program invites applicants from the core cultural and artistic sectors (industries), including also wide range of interdisciplinary and crossectoral practices. The candidates’ professional roles in cultural and creative processes are not limited or evaluated. MOST+ is open for authors, creators, artists, cultural managers both in production and distribution, educators, researchers and cultural critics, program managers and many more.

PROFESSIONAL EVENTS: CONFERENCES, FESTIVALS, FORUMS, FAIRS
It is useful to contact international communities and umbrella organizations to search for events (conferences, festivals, forums, fairs) in databases by occupations. Some examples:
1. folklorefestivals.org collects and unites festivals in 196 countries of the world, including, of course, EU countries.
2. The Federation of European Publishers offers a list of the main European book fairs and other professional events. Their calendar of events will give you plenty of reasons to head to a mobility!
3. If you represent a cultural event venue, look for events both within the Trans Europe Halles community and among its members.
ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCY PROGRAMS.
You are free to combine cultural mobility opportunities, if they provide partial resources. Check aggregators of open calls for AiR programs. For instance, you can find lots of partially funded art-residencies at transartists.org and resartis.org. Telegram-channel of sekktor selects open-calls available for Belarusian applicants. MOST+ can be helpful when an art-residency offers a great training program but requires fees for accommodation and/or cannot cover travel expenses.
INDIVIDUAL INTERNSHIPS AND FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMS.
You are free to choose an organisation you are particularly interested in, according to your professional background and new carrier goals. Here you are to be especially proactive in monitoring the key European actors in your file, contacting them and designing the program. For example, a community with an incubator of joint creativity IN SITU or a network organization of culture houses in Flanders and Brussels CULT.

CULTURAL PROGRAMS BY EUROPEAN STATE INSTITUTIONS, LOCAL MUNICIPALITIES AND NETWORKS
For example, you can check the event calendars of the current 3 European capitals of culture and find specific and sometimes exclusive events, which have open calls. The local states municipality websites usually have „Culture” rubric with announcements of the main cultural events on country or city level.
