STEPS TO DESIGN
Create a detailed plan of activities, visits, and meetings by day to maximize your internship time. Keep in mind that the total duration of your internship cannot exceed 30 days. Schedule and confirm meetings with partners and representatives of foreign companies in advancetaking into consideration possible time differences, flight and travel expenses, and traffic.
Register for the event in advance (if possible without paying) to avoid stress and surprises. The same goes for booking lodging. You can often save time by lodging near the venue in advance. Prepare enough business cards and remember to bring them with you to the conference) After the conference, make new connections, including through social media. Share them with Your community as well.
Be prepared to provide transparent and clear justifications for how the internship will contribute to your personal and professional growth, as well as to the company you represent and the professional community to which you belong.
